Birthday Notes 🎂

Context

Recognizing the need for a subtle way to share your birthday with mutual followers or Close Friennds on Instagram, I pitched a lightweight opt-in feature that would indicate your birthday with a small badge in the Notes tray. Something that wouldn’t be cringey but solved a real need now that don’t add friends on Facebook.

My Role / What I did

Pitched the product to cross-functional partners and advocated for it on the roadmap
Built out an iOS prototype and worked with designers and PM to get it polished for a test
After the iOS test performed well, I vibe-coded the Android side and did a joint platform test
That also performed well so we shipped it 🚀
